ORDERS

Orders can be placed in a variety of ways. You can now place your order online by clicking the "buy" button that appears next to your selection. We encourage telephone orders. We want to get to know our customers on a personal basis. We also accept orders to our e-mail address: orders@milesofmusic.com. You can also fax, phone, or snail mail your order to us. Don't forget to include the cost of shipping when placing your order.
RETURNS

All items sold are new and guaranteed by the manufacturer a gainst defect. We are a distributor not a manufacturer. In order to return a defective item, please make a request either in writing, e-mail, or by calling first. DO NOT SEND BACK DEFECTIVE ITEMS WITHOUT FIRST GETTING AUTHORIZATION. Include the artist, title and format of the defective item (s). If you have it handy, please include the invoice number from the order. This will speed up the process. Only damaged items may be returned and they will be replaced with the identical item. If the identical item is out-of-stock and we are unable to get it back in stock in a timely fashion you will be issued a credit memo. This is done at the discretion of MILES OF MUSIC.

OTHER INFORMATION

 As you can imagine small labels and self releases have limited quantities and don't always ship in a timely fashion. Every effort has been made to exclude product from the catalog which is difficult to obtain. Of course, some items available at printing will later become unavailable. Accordingly, credits will be issued for any item ordered which is out of stock at our warehouse and can't be located in a reasonable amount of time. Credit Card orders will only be charged for items that are shipped.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
  • CASH - Is an option, but not one we recommend. Cash has a way of disappearing in the mail.
  • MONEY ORDER - Always a good choice. Orders placed with MOs or Cashiers Checks can be shipped to any address.
  • CHECKS - We have to hold any order paid by check to make sure the check clears both our bank and your bank. We know it is an inconvenience, but this helps keep our costs lower to you. Once the check clears orders can be shipped to any address.
  • CREDIT CARDS - We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. The order, however, will only be shipped to the person whose name appears on (as) the proper billing address. The company that allows us to accept credit cards insists we verify the home address of the card holder. If a family member wants to purchase something for you with their credit card we will have to ship it to them. Customers of record can waive this with a proven track record.

- $3.75 (1-2 CDs)

- $4.75 (3-5 CDs)

- $6.75 (6 CDs or more)

Please Note: Some orders may be upgraded to UPS ground due to the size, weight and value of the merchandise; large box-sets especially. This is done at our discretion, so if you place a large order and you wish to NOT have this decision made, please indicate in the Special Notes section of the order form “No UPS Upgrades Please.”

SALES TAX: CALIFORNIA residents will be charged 8.25%.
